Mr. Rosenblum is a highly accomplished professional with unsurpassed competencies in new business development, operations management, budget and cost control as well as client relations. Experienced as a successful real estate developer with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, Mr. Rosenblum will help communicate, coordinate and manage all of our telecommunications business strategies.  His business management expertise is instrumental in facilitating the success of our goals.

Zalmen Ashkenezi

CTO

Mr. Ashkenezi is the Chief Technology Officer of Tandem Transit.  His 20 years of combined management and sales experience as executive, director, and entrepreneur provides him with keen insight into the relationship between leading-edge technology and sustainable business models. He was one of the first entrepreneurs to build a 100% Voice-Over IP telecommunications network which served an extensive international wholesale market. Some of his esteemed clients included MCI, Global Crossing, ATT and other respective industry leaders. 

Mr. Ashkenezi has also built from the ground up and assisted several other Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) to become successful providers in their respective markets.  His technological brilliance and proficiency are now supporting Tandem Transit as the global leader in telecommunication technology services. Mr. Ashkenezi has built a solid foundation of knowledge about numerous products, various companies and potential customers in the telecommunications marketplace, and ensures that all of these work together synergistically for Tandem Transit.

Agostino Guglietta

VP of Business Development

Mr. Guglietta is the Vice-President of Business Development and is an extremely motivated and successful telecommunications professional.  His 15 years of prosperous telecom and corporate sales experience has given him the high-quality skill of quickly identifying clients within potential market segments. Mr. Guglietta has worked extensively with some of the largest carriers in the industry, including MCI, Sprint, AT&T, Cingular and Verizon.  He has effectively held positions such as Channel Manager, Global Account Manager and Sales Engineer. 

Mr. Guglietta’s primary focus is to build up Tandem Transit’s national brand and increase our client base.  His extensive experience and focused strengths in the industry play a key role in this company’s continued success to secure and grow its revenue stream. Tandem Transit greatly benefits by having his wealth of knowledge and essential contacts in place to promptly implement mission-critical objectives.

Tony BaoAn Fang

VP of Network Operations

Mr. Fang is the Vice-President of Network Operations and has over 12 years of extensive experience and successful project management skills in the design, implementation and administration of a multitude of large-scale, multi-protocol networks, Voice-Over IPs networks, network securities, service provisioning and information networking systems.  He focuses on IT, ERP, JDE, software management and project management. He holds Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE 14###) Routing Switching, Security, Service Provider, and Voice (written)


Mr. Fang has worked in a variety of positions as Senior Network Engineer and Consultant, Senior Data and Voice Network Engineer, and Global Computer Networking and Telecommunication Engineer.  His abundance of technical skills has allowed him to work with router and switch products, security products, wireless networks and monitoring and testing network management. Mr. Fang has worked with notable companies such as Cisco and Motorola and is presently a significant asset to Tandem Transit.  He currently holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems.
